OK ... so this (to me) means that if he did approve it, then it would be in place for the election in 2013 or later. He used the 6 month limitation as an excuse to veto it .... plain and simple ... since he most likely did not agree or had some other rationale. I did. We were really hoping for more of an actual apartment with a kitchen sort of set up and most of those seem to be more hotel based that just happen to do monthly rentals. That doesn't sound right. I don't know what the composition of your roof is and what product was used on it but the elastomeric coatings should last way longer than two years if applied properly and at full strength (yes, some "roofers" literally water it down!!). Definitely get an inspection done by a qualified roofer.
