If oil prices drop 50% we shouldn't expect Wapa to drop 50% because raw material cost is not 100% of their costs and those other cost items are probably going up. I don't know what it is, maybe 60-70%? Anybody know?

Is the solar farm on STX already producing? I see it was dedicated in October and was scheduled to be producing in the last quarter of 2014 but haven't been able to find an update. The Donoe farm on STT is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.

In CT our rates are going up about the same amount as yours are going down. They say it's for maintaining transmission lines.

Yeah but from what I can find online, rates in Connecticut range from 10.79 to 13.39/kwh.
That's pretty darned low! I can't even imagine paying that now, it would be freaking awesome.
