In search of a house cleaner

HELP!!!!!! My wife and I bought a condo on Mountain Top. It has been renovated and cleaned up. It now has a long term tenant that is living in it too. We live in the states and are in need of a fantastic cleaning person to come once every other week to wipe down all the furniture and help keep the mold at bay. If anyone has any fantastic suggestions please let us know. We are not looking for the cheapest person but we are expecting the place to be well cleaned. While we understand the challenges of the cleaning, we fear that our tenant may not.

Thank you for whatever help you can provide.

Because some tenants just don't know how to clean.
Also the Mountaintop condo location is at our highest elevation and can be prone to mold and mildew, especially with all the rain we've been having.
It's also nice to have someone keeping an eye on property if you're not on island.

I'm having my worker clean deck and interior ceilings this week.
Normally the interior ceilings are fine for years but after the weeks of the oftentimes monsoonal rains we've been having, I've noticed a couple spots starting and best to nip in the bud. The deck ceilings usually need cleaning about once or twice a year, depending on rainfall and Sahara dust.
I'm not at a high elevation. Maybe 300 ft. above sea level but in a lush northwest side location.

I bought a box of dog biscuits before I left for a trip to FL in beginning of Nov. for dog sitter to endear himself to pups with treats. Forgot about them upon my return and then when I went to give dogs a treat last week they had all turned green and moldy. Forgot to put them in a baggie!

The OP might ask around if they have a management office, if they or the HOA has any recommendations. Maybe your realtor can help?
Good luck.

If all else fails, Craig's List has a bunch of ads for cleaning services.

Haven't used any so can't recommend.

You are so dead right. The tenant is not going to care the same about the furniture and things the same way you would. Thank you for the post.

I can't believe that nobody has any suggestions. Thought that the message board would work for this but I guess not.

I am not sure many of us living here and on the forum are fortunate enough to have a cleaning person ourselves .. much less know a good recommendation.

Those of us that do have help, know that whomever they use doesn't have any free days available to take on another job.
