Hello, we are moving to STT in a month and i was wondering if anyone has any info on if Rangers can be driven on the highway. I am guessing they can be if they are road legal?
Any info would be great!
Praying for you all in the Islands!

You may not be moving to STT in a month.

I saw a crazy looking Polaris with license plate on it in front of my condo a few months back so I was say yes, if road legal.

I have a picture of the one I saw, although it was very dark. Ranger RZR 4 XP. It's got something on it like light weight lower doors and nothing above. Front and rear doors I think.

I don't believe it had doors, but thinking about it now, maybe lower doors?

I do remember thinking to myself, I wouldn't want to be an accident in it.

I would think a jeep would be a bit safer, and parts and maintenance for a jeep would be more available here.

One fact, larger tires do make for a much better / safer ride on our roads.

Dude - STT will be lucky if it's got power in a month. Be realistic. Unless you're EMS or construction I would not suggest a move right now. Trying to orientate yourself on a completely devistated island (let alone finding a rental) and getting set up for everyday living will be next to impossible. I wonder if container ships will even be bringing in things other than relief supplies. Doubt it. I don't think you realize how bad it is over there.

Also what highway are you talking about??? There is no highway here. IF it gets legal tags it'll be a target for theft and the bottom line is that is NOT safe to drive that there, it is loud? If so youll not like the reactions you get. My Polaris was - hated that thing.

The fact you mention highway and STT and moving to an island after a cat 5 hurricane that leveled the island.... probably best to rethink your plan.
