Paying your BBVI bill?

I have always received a bill and request for payment for my monthly BBVI bill via e-mail. I always paid through their customer portal but my balance shows zero. I've had service for over month and still haven't been billed. Has anyone? They don't answer e-mails.

I'm getting regular billing, and I have service. I'm on an auto-payment plan. On the last day of each month, BBVI sends me a statement by email and they automatically charge my credit card. The only disruption in billing was in September, but it's been regular since then.

I was on auto pay through a credit card and got a message from BBVI on Nov 7 that I was delinquent and would not be reconnected. Last payment was August 31. I changed nothing ..... ??

Since the BBVI antenna on our house was damaged and I'm in FL, I've not complained or pursued this. Figured it would be a lost cause anyway.

We'll be on STX soon come since we now have electric service (as of yesterday) so we'll deal with it in person.

BBVI has programs that catch which customers have been online....and which are not. We stopped billing all residential customer after the Storms....then turned them on when they contact us at office@broadband.vi or get through (phones are awful), or when we see them online. It is not a perfect system in either direction and will require time to clean up. Sorry for any confusion....its not easy right now.

My billing was stopped after the storm, except that I continued to be billed $5 per month for a static IP address even though I had no service. I was then billed a partial payment for November and a full payment for December, even though I have yet to see the promised data speeds. I do have a slow speed connection. I am eager to get what I am paying for. Most of the time my speeds run 5 down and 5 up for $100/mo.

So.......how do we pay you? Our phones suck, I don't get a mailed bill and there is zero balance when I go to your customer portal. And ..........with no power the last thing I want to lose its my internet connection.

I received a bill and found a charge for about 6 bucks. A charge for about 2 bucks. And the normal bill for november, I will have to double check but I thought I paid up through September with no other amount due. Never got the credit. I'm going to have to call before I pay this bill . I didn't get power restored on. Ovember 1st so again no credit. We got power back the week before Thanksgiving.
Like I said, I need to double check. All info.

Apologies.
It is very challenging right now.
We are making progress, just not as fast as we would like.
Please bear with us....the volume of work is a bit overwhelming.
(on the good news front, we did get Tide Village lit up today).
