I know this is early notice, but I figured I'd put out some feelers and see what happens:

Looking for a fully furnished 1 bd or studio apt for June and July this summer on STX on the West End. All utilities need included. This would be for one person, no pets. Easy access (no 4-wheel/SUV necessary). Looking for something under $700/month, all though price can be flexible. Let me know if you know of anything that may be available then.
