Air conditioning, ceiling fans, nicely updated and fully furnished (new linens, housewares,dishes/flatware, microwave, coffee maker, 32" flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo with cable TV - just bring your clothes!) Lush tropical landscape including pool with deck, giant mango tree, 5 minutes from Christiansted, 2 mins beaches; walk to grocery, conveniences, public transport, etc. Gated parking and entry, security, laundry, mail on site. $800 + utilities. Sorry no pets allowed in complex, 2 person maximum. 6-month minimum.
