Needing to find death certificate and cause of death for a friend. Not sure where to begin.

Try the hospital where your friend passed away or contact the coroner's office.

They should be able to provide information.

"Vital Statistics" office. The one on STT is in Hospital Ground. Might be part of DHS. Can't recall.
