House offer - 5 months ago
Couple questions, there is an offer on a house and they have till may 30 to get financing, then there is a back up offer cash, then we are the third in line with a back up offer. My question is if first offer doesn’t get financing, and second back up offer that is cash is less than our offer full price can seller go with us?by Lar3140 - General/Relocating

Financing - 6 months ago
Just wondering we found our dream house on the island, problem is we are both American, wife is Canadian and American and since we have lived in canada for thirty years and we don’t have any u.s. credit so we cant even get a small mortgage even if we put a large down payment. They call it the Fannie may the question i am asking is there a private lender that would loan around 50-75 k for a year.by Lar3140 - General/Relocating
