Our experience and interests are very similar to Tommy and Bob, and yours except that we just retired, and moved here on January 1! We had made several trips previously, the first primarily as a vacation, but an exploratory one. The second was more on the exploratory side. Quotegonetropo They came and sprayed tar on the gravel and then dumped small crushed gravel on it and repeated it 3 times. They then rolled it with a steamroller and that was it. It was done 12 years ago and looks just like it did. In England they called this "chip and seal".by NotCook - General/Relocating

We are preparing to get our VI drivers licenses, but when trying to access the BMV website to get all the details of what documentation we need, we have found over the past several days that their website is returning a 404 error - the website currently does not exist at the URL USVIBMV.org.
