I see Office Max STT will be opening earlier soon, but I forgot to note the date. Would like to get something printed tomorrow before noon if possible.

Thanks!

Yea they have new hours unfortunatly for my boyfriend 🙁

The new hours however do not start until January 4th. Sunday will be 10-5 insyead of 12-5.

I don't use OfficeMax print center LOL!! I ran the print center in the states for 5 years and I can't deal with the incompentancy here. They just can't get anyone to work and implement the correct procedures here so everything's a mess despite major efforts to get the right person in and trained. They never survive - that's a HARD department to run. Corporate is stupid also because they don't want to pay appropriately for that position despite that's actually one of the best GM for the entire store. Sad I know.

I use color max and LOVE them. Over close to mango tango. I also got a small printer (they're cheap) so I didn't have to go to officemax for one offs.

Thanks. I print so seldom that the inks dry so use commercial services for the one or two I need printed.

Trying to decide if I should do project this year or next. Will probably do this year, and I should have time to print portions of it tomorrow. Trying to plan my day.

In STX the Office Max has been very good to me. One person, Naomi, I think that's her name, has been excellent, professional and prompt on all my requests. Just be flexible.

I like Patsy at the Office Max Print Center. They all seem to be overwhelmed with work, though. It is not the best place if you need something in a hurry.

Many people are recommending and using ColorMax. Office Max is just more convenient for me.

Patsy at STT CopyMax is AWESOME! She's been taking care of me for years and even if I have no business there I pop in to see how she's doing when I'm in the area. They're very fortunate to have her.

Yes Patsy is great! I like her too.

Officemax in STX is 1/4 of the volume in STT. The OM here is 3rd highest grossing store in the company I believe - soemthing like that. Crazy busy.

I stopped by Office Max on STX today to send a fax. I was super impressed with the efficiency of the lady running things. She was alone, with a little bit of a line.....not too bad. She was bouncing around, maximizing her time, while a print job was going on, she sent a fax, while the confirmation was coming, she downloaded pictures, while they were printing, she ran a copy/collate job, then picked up the fax confirm, handed off the copy job., put the finishing touches on a bounding job, back to the pictures...etc., etc.

Sorry I didn't catch her name, but I did tell her what an awesome job she was doing!!

Cool, make sure you go back and get her name. Ask for the survey. Employees get a visa $5 card for a job well done and some nice managers like my man of course, will buy them lunch or something for doing a good job. Keep rewarding the good behavior and hopefully it'll stick.

I'd avoid ColorMax if I were you- sketchy experiences, won't use again.

Wanna define sketchy, please? I know several people who have been very pleased with them, but I can design my own and just print with whoever has the media I want at a price I'm willing to pay and doesn't looked swamped when I go in.

It all depends on the service and product you need.

I've NEVER had a bad experience at color max and now Marcus the owner and I are good friends. They have high end large format printers (got to use the mamaki last week) and I'm sorry but UV coating while you wait?!?!? That doesn't even happen in the states. Their prices are better than officemax and they actually know how to use the equipment. They also have very true color printing - at least compared to my monitor.

As a professional designer they're one of the best print shops I've worked with actually.
