called them today to find out about my bill. waited for about 10 minutes just to get an answering machine. WTF.
i received a bill that says i owe for 2 months ( in january ) tried to log on to see what this was about couldnt log on. emailed them and received a reply that they needed my account number ( which was on the form from their website that was submitted to them )
still no word from them about that.
again, tried to call this morning to find out why the double bill in january. i paid august, november and december. did not pay september or october.
so wondering why charged 2 times for january, and they say one is past due. past due from what.
