so frustrated.
called them today to find out about my bill. waited for about 10 minutes just to get an answering machine. WTF.
i received a bill that says i owe for 2 months ( in january ) tried to log on to see what this was about couldnt log on. emailed them and received a reply that they needed my account number ( which was on the form from their website that was submitted to them )

still no word from them about that.

again, tried to call this morning to find out why the double bill in january. i paid august, november and december. did not pay september or october.

so wondering why charged 2 times for january, and they say one is past due. past due from what.

anyone else having billing problems with broadband billing

Had to go down there to fix mine. They told me they have THOUSANDS of voicemails right now and can't keep up.

received an email from them with the corrected pricing and not the incorrect pricing. just double check your bills. they were overcharging by 70 bucks. i know they are still backed up. im not upset, was just frustrated

but still waiting to sign up online lol

Just curious...
Broadband hooked us up on this past Monday. Great until yesterday...in and out. This afternoon it disappeared and is completely gone. We live near Divi... Anyone this direction have Broadband and find that it’s not working?

I know that they are probably sick of me, so I’m not sure if I need to visit them or there are problems with the tower in our area.

i know you cant just call them but we have in and out connectivity issues. they usually tell you to try resetting it first before calling them. just unplug it, wait about 5 minutes and plug back in.
also if it is still out after that, just call , they have an option where you can just check the status in your area

BBVI has not provided the speeds that they are charging me for since the hurricane. No word of a rebate on charges because of lack of service. I'm still paying for 25/5 And only getting 8/5 on good days, often slower.

Better not complain or get thrown out and cut off.

I got cut off. I haven't received a single reply to my many emails. I've had statements emailed twice, but never an actual bill. So I don't know what any of the charges in the statement were for. I never paid so being cut off is not a surprise. But I sure as beck want just going to pay a statement that I had no idea what the charges were for.

anyone have an update to getting service restored. According to their website Cotton Valley has service, yet I submitted my request a few months ago as I live next to CV and have not heard a thing. An update would be nice or even a response. WAPA was better at updating everyone and we know how they are.

I just got back on island last week.
I called BBVI on Monday, to check status of towers I normally use and got a recorded message asking me to leave a message after waiting for 5 minutes to speak to a customer service representative so I did.
I figured that was that and had little hope of hearing back.
Surprisingly, first thing Tuesday morning someone called from BBVI.
I was impressed!

The Crown Mountain and Inner Brass towers I normally use aren't functioning as yet. The lady asked if Peterborg was visible and it is. They're sending someone Thursday morning to see if they can connect me.
Fingers crossed! It would be nice!

I realize it's not going to be perfect if able to achieve connectivity as AT+T hasn't been, either, since I've been back but better than nothing, especially with things as they are and customer loads on available towers. Good luck, y'all! Me, too!
