Hi all,

I have a few clothing items that I'd like to donate. Ideally I'm looking for a drop box to throw them in, hassle-free. Any suggestions? And if you could provide some directions as to how to get there it would be extra appreciated!

Thanks!
Kate

I am not aware of any locations with a drop box.
The St. Croix Animal Welfare Center (animal shelter) has a flea market in the Richmond area (heading west from C'sted, go just past the Basin Triangle stop light and take the first street to the right -before you get to the post office- and it's the building at the end of the block with 2 big garage doors) and I believe they are open Tues-Sat 10am to 4pm.

The Women's Coalition also has a flea market and are located by Quinn House Gallery (I can never remember the name of the area - Peter's Rest? - up the road from Cost-U-Less).

The Lighthouse is a fantastic mission, located on the edge of Times Square in Christiansted. If you have a few moments, stop by one morning when they are in action doing what they do- and be prepared to be blown away. Your used clothing donations will make a huge difference there in the lives of people that desperately need them. And the testimonies/stories of the folks they have helped are moving to say the least. Thanks for considering them, and for passing this message on! 🙂
