I read that and my first thought was, "what on earth were they doing out in a boat between 3 and 4AM? Oops.

Returning from festivities on St. John, as were the people in the boat that came to their aid.

Dem mash up good!
At least, no one was killed.
Remember the ferry running up on St. James island heading back from STJ to STX a couple 4th's ago.
Another Oops but with much more impact and people.
Be safe out there and know where you're going.
