It's not a rumor! I spoke with Chris about it about a month ago and now the sign is up...Fusions is the name.

Jeez...give the guy a break. That was from 1998 and he served his time.

That would depend, greatly, on the circumstances of his conviction.
However, he had to know that it's a requirement to register as such.
Pedophiles aren't generally rehabilitated.
When it comes to predators of children, I can't say I have sympathy for the ones that ruin all those lives.

I will agree that many have been wrongly accused and convicted.
While many go on with their aberrant behavior.

Chris is a friend.
He has kids....and is a great guy.
He was wrongfully accused.
I am looking forward to dining at Fusions.

Chris is a friend of mine. My daughter and his daughter were friends for several years. I know the details of his situation. He is good person and I trust him without a doubt. I have never had cause for concern.

He and his wife are working hard to build a business and I look forward to supporting them in their new endeavor.

If ever there was a person worthy of a chance to succeed, Chris is that person.

Sorry, that I posted that as I don't know him. It would be a concern of mine as I have a child and it's something that you always hear about and always hope that it never happens to you. I don't know the circumstances, so I will reserve judgment at this time. I've done some things in the past that I'm not proud of (learned from it) and do not need to be so hypocritical. Understanding he is a labeled sex offender and not knowing if the charges had anything with being a pedophile or underage just how can he work at and operate a business literally 50 feet from a school? Not saying he didn't do his time ect. just wondering about the laws on this.

there are different levels of sex offender. not all carry the same weight possible? possibly him not being open when school is in session might also have something to do with it.

I was very concerned about Christopher Barry Mitchell being a sex offender. I'm providing the website with his photo and description of his offense. This man was convicted of an offense against a child under 16. This is no laughing matter. He's Been arrested twice for not registering as a sex offender.

No beef, sickened and he's breaking the law. A registered sex offender who was found guilty of a sexual assault against a female child is NOT allowed to be near children or a school or have a a business where minors will be.

He committed a horrific crime and is slime. Cannot hide here.

The school and the law have been notified. He is breaking the law. People need to think of the female child he assaulted, she didn't have a choice.

i dont think its sick that when people have done their time, paid for their crime that they get a second chance.

i have worked with someone who killed someone. i would have trusted him with my sons life. he did his time, paid his price and changed. he went one to own a 7/11 type store. he was an amazing person. the other person i know who was a convicted robber, adored him too.

my point is people can and do change. and he could have been someone who was 18 and had sex with his 15 year old girlfriend.
