Does anyone have any sources to find private health insurance for a STJ resident. I am having a really difficult time finding coverage!

you will not find it. the vi does not offer it

Try Blue Cross Blue Shield of the U.S. Virgin Islands (i.e. Elan Benefits -- the actual agent/broker for BCBS). https://www.bcbsusvi.com/ I have full coverage on the three islands, Puerto Rico and the continental USA.

As yet, insurance companies aren't offering individual policies in the USVI but hopefully this will change when all the kinks are ironed out. If you have a stateside policy, many will cover you in the USVI for anywhere from 6 months to max a year but will then be cancelled.
There was a time when group coverage was available to members of the STT/STJ Chamber of Commerce but whether or not this is still available I don't know - but you could call (340-776-0100) and check. Membership is open to the public.

Chamber no longer offers health insurance for members. I think the Bar Association does, though.

Sounds reasonable, pass the bar, get a license, sign-up for insurance. piece of cake:D
