Greetings!!
I'm looking for long term rental 6-12 mo. 1 BR furnished. I am interested in condo row, especially StC, Colony Cove, Club St Croix and Mill Harbour.
Any ideas on who to contact? I requested info from craigslist entries (several) but got no reply. I am on island now.
I was hoping for an Oct 1 move in.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Love STX!

Colony Cove usually has some listed on VRBO.com. I've rented 3 different apartments there over the years.

St c is not condo row. Vrbo is probably best bet for contact info .
