I just made a delivery to the Limetree office and found the entire road in front of the refinery being repaved.

Its nice to see something being done to a road on STX.

Saw the fireworks from my deck.

I had a super weird dream a couple nights ago that I petitioned raised funds to pave mahogany road out west LOL! Am I officially assimilated when I literally dream of smooth roads? :@)

No absolute proof but I understand it was a "partnership". The govt made the arrangements and will be reimbursed.
Additionally There about 500 tax paying citizens who disagree with you.

Who's paying for the road around the plant that we really have not had a need of nor at this time?

I use the Sunny Isle Bypass a lot. Just not when hauling glassware. Very grateful for the paving fix.

Wasn't repaving every major road in the territory one of Mapps original campaign promises?
