For those of you who would like to be involved in the community, My Brother's Table in Frederiksted are looking for volunteers.
My Brother's Table serve the community (the poor/working/sick/disabled) a hot lunch weekdays from 12-1PM. Volunteers usually come around 11.45ish to plate salads, pour juice and get the dining tables ready. Then we help Ms. Rose and Ms. Hyacinth to get the food ready and serve the plates - usually doors are closed 1PM and we helped cleaned up a little bit. This is an hour and a half at the most of your time. They are especially in need of volunteers on Tuesdays (2ppl), Wed and Fri (1person).
I really enjoyed volunteering there, unfortunately had to quit because of my job. If you are interested, you can PM me or contact them directly.
