These speeches need to be given to the younger crowds

1-6 is the most impressionable years, the patterns learned from parents in those years persist through out life; the false "honor" that always needs to be defended (at least on STX) needs serious correction; the word has been perverted into some ego centered concept of an-eye-for-an-insult exchange.

I've spent a lot of time with the youth of Williams Delight and while not all of them have this mentality, a good majority do. Maybe if the constant gun fire from that neighborhood were actually investigated or an attempt at stopping it were done things would be a bit different.

I think t he crowd at UVI is an "ok" audience, but real change needs to come to/from those with no job, no school motivation; those "at risk" categories.
