Clinton net worth is around $30 million.

The email thing is a tempest in a tea pot. There was no national policy about having your own servers when she was Sec of State. Please note the 2 FBI reports.

Have you checked the Clinton Foundation out on Guidestar? Quite an interesting comparison to Trump's. One does good work, the other does next to nothing. You decide but come to your facts thoughtfully.

Their net worth is near $50MM.

If you don't care about national security it's a tempest in a tea pot. Even DoS said it was wrong

Conformation Bias...

Wrong is not illegal.

up to $45 million but most likely $30 million.

Not much to national security since WikiLeaks. Proven it's tepid at best.

What the heck does conformation bias mean BTW?

Hillary is at $30MM, it's disingenious at best to suggest that their net worth is at $30MM

DoS said no to personal servers. Period. I hope that your implication isn't that because we're being told it wasn't hacked it makes it ok

LA Times
Federal law makes it a crime for a trusted U.S. official to “knowingly and willfully” disclose or transmit secret information to an “unauthorized person.” A second law makes it a crime to “remove” secret documents kept by the government or to allow them to be stolen through “gross negligence.”

Neither law applies clearly or directly to what FBI Director James B. Comey described as Hillary Clinton’s “extremely careless” handling of classified emails that were sent through her private system when she was the secretary of State

“It’s just not a crime under current law to do nothing more than share sensitive information over unsecured networks,” said Stephen Vladeck, a law professor at the University of Texas.

“Maybe it should be, but that's something for Congress to decide going forward.”
Comey made clear, Vladeck said, that “however much we might want federal law to make her carelessness a crime, nothing she did falls within the letter of the relevant federal criminal statutes.”

Forbes
The most recent estimates of Clinton's net worth put her wealth between $30 and $50 million. Her disclosure to the Federal Election Commission indicates she is worth $31 million. Forbes estimates the combined worth of Hillary and former president Bill Clinton at $45 million.

Why were you discussing servers and now email?

The fact is private servers were a no-go

Viewing this without bias, the optics are poor and shows extremely bad judgement

Somehow quite a few of these emails ended up on Anthony's W. computer. So they must have been distributed and shared by Hilary. Tony didn't have security clearance.

Clintons have always skirting the law. Operated in a grey areas are and when nailed always managed to find their way out of the dirt. Their history I'd full of improprieties.

AW may still have been a Congressman at the time - so may have had enough security clearance. My guess is Huma was using his computer - maybe used Outlook which could have downloaded emails. Heaven knows why they weren't operating in the Cloud.

Wrong is not illegal? It was against State Dept policy. A policy that she had sent memos about reminding her employees that they must follow.

BUT NOT HER! She is a special snowflake.

We might find out a lot more about Hillary and the Clinton Foundation now that they are not protected by Loretta Lynch.

All I can say is that almost a week later it seems like some kind of weird dream that Trump was elected. I still can't wrap my brain around the fact that this sleaze ball will govern our country. Trump, of The Apprentice, what a loud mouthed caricature he is. It just doesn't seem real. I guess I'm still in the denial stage of the five stages of grief.

LAFAYETTE, La. -- A Muslim woman who claimed two men attacked her and stole her hijab hours after Donald Trump was elected president Wednesday, told police she made up the story, according to officials.

According to initial reports, the woman said at least one of the attackers was wearing a Donald Trump hat.

"During the course of the investigation, the female complainant admitted that she fabricated the story about her physical attack as well as the removal of her hijab and wallet by two white males," the Lafayette Police Department said in a news release.

I work for the Department of Defense, have for 17 years.

She had Top Secret material at her house; this violation is so severe that I am extremely shocked she is not in jail right now.

There's a saying at the places I work (communication centers): Comsec (communications security) violations are the fastest way to go to jail in the military.

To even be able to PROCESS Top Secret traffic there is a "TPI" rule (Two Person Integrity); if I want to just CARRY TS material from one place to another I have to get a special courier card (which involves extra background investigations).

The "email thing" is huge, she violated multiple federal laws & the only thing that keeps this from being treason is the lack of intent to do so... Her email server was compromised by several foreign countries whom undoubtedly now also have that Top Secret information as well.

tempest in a tea pot... wow... there were clear laws about storing classified information when she had a private server, these regulations have been around since the 1970's.

Sorry but the FBI doesn't agree with you - and Comey would very much like, too.

Lack of intent is a HUGE issue.

Please accept this as a fact because it is.

To be fair, its hard to keep the fake and true stories straight

Didn't trump disavow those?

Is Hillary responsible for the riots and looting by her supporters as well?

I don't care if the FBI agrees with me or not, that is a Logical Fallacy (Appeal to authority).

I don't need an "authority figure" to be able to read.

1) Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send of store classified information on personal email.

2) Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements

3) Violation of the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA); especially RE: Benghazi

4) 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information; she was told not to have a private email server. It's been policy since FOIA came about.

5)46 CFR 503.59 - Safeguarding classified information. HRC's BIGGEST violation.

She violated those, that is fact.

Is Hillary responsible for the riots and looting by her supporters as well?

Have you seen the project Veritas videos?

Sure seems like she might be, at least to some extent.

But aside from those "ducks"; your right, someones supporters are meaningless when disusing the person they support.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center there have been over 300 cases of election related harassment, the majority perpetrated by trump's white supremacist followers who are celebrating.

A Chicago man was viciously beaten as bystanders filmed the assault and screamed “he voted Trump,” according to local reports.

David Wilcox, 49, said a minor car accident escalated into violence on Wednesday morning, the Chicago Tribune reported.

200, not 300. And as I pointed out in an earlier post, not all of those are true.

More than 200 hate incidents — ranging from swastika graffiti to physical threats — have been reported across the country since Donald Trump's election, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a non-profit that monitors hate groups in the USA.
