Oh, and I can't wait to see a coroners report that says there has been damage to the legs and arms consistent with someone charging and falling to the ground after being shot.

There has already been a release of the coroners report.

Yes and according to this drawing there are no signs of injuries that would be consistent with someone falling at full running speed to the ground:

There are two very different descriptions out there...

Yes, one is from multiple named sources, and the other description is from one anonymous source.

Hmmm... which one should I trust more?

Do you trust the eyewitness that said he was shot in the back?

I think that at least one shot hit him from behind, which is possibly consistent with two wounds indicating that they came from in front or behind, with his arms raised.

I want to make it clear. I am defending no one.
My point is to say that people should not be too hasty
to make a decision until all of the facts are in.
The FBI is investigating, and a grand jury is reviewing
evidence to see what the next step will be.

If the stories, rumors and testimony presented to date
is enough for you to condemn a man to a possible
death sentence, so be it.

I would prefer to see all the (verified) facts first.

Well the grand jury will convene soon, and maybe we will get more facts about what happened. I am particularly interested in knowing if a shot was actually fired in the car.

Why do you not get on a plane and go offer your services as a highly trained forensic pathologist and show them how it is done?

Yes the question is not if he got shot in the back, but if he was shot from behind. If you paid attention to the autopsy report, you would know that two bullet wounds, one in the hand and one in the forearm, that could have come from behind or in front. Either way, the trajectories of those two wounds indicates that his hands were either up when he was shot from in front, or his hands were down when he was shot from behind.

http://jimfishertruecrime.blogspot.com/2012/01/police-involved-shootings-2011-annual.html

a little food for thought

also, proper procedure IS actually being followed here. Actually maybe going a bit overboard with autopsies because i guess 2 just were not good enough. You know and the whole obama/holder getting involved in yet another white ( or white hispanic-new term there ) shooting and young black man with an attitude who was up to no good.

where are they when black cops kill black young men. where are they when black cops kill young white men, where are they when white cops kill young white men. they only time they step out from behind their desk is when it is white on black. where is all the care and concern for all of the other young black men killing young black people

during that same weekend there were 7 killed in chicago/over 20 shot. where are the protests and riots in that city or new york.

for this particular case, the cop had already been assaulted by a young man who thought he could do what he wanted/ already on video him shoving around a man who clearly weighed no more than 120 lbs. it is on audio what some man said they say. i heard it with my own ears-michael turned around and came after the cop. sorry you missed hearing it.

it is sad that he is dead but he has only himself to blame.

also interesting info. and if you have never been a cop than you really have no right to say whether the officer was in fear of his life or that of others. and each situation is different. until you are in his position-who are you to judge.

Speee1dy, Wilson chased him down shooting at him by all named witness accounts. All named witnesses also say Brown was surrendering.

I am not going to put stock in a single anonymous call claiming otherwise.

there was no call i am referring to i am referring to an audio clip i heard on the news relating a different scenario than you claim happened. also please explain, if you can how it is now being reported ( heard on the news this morning) that the officer had received an orbital fracture?

do not be too quick to judge and convict. the facts will most likely prove that mr brown was responsible for his own death due to his actions.

All coming from the same unnamed anonymous source. I'll believe it when it is presented as evidence to a grand jury, and from the looks of the after shooting video, he walked around without touching his face at all, which tells that he does not have an eye injury. Also, wouldn't they take photos of the injured officer? Why didn't he go to the hospital? It all smells of BS.

Family of man fatally shot by Salt Lake City police want justice
(KUTV) A day after Salt Lake City police shot and killed a man whose family claim he was unarmed, questions about the shooting remain unanswered.

South Salt Lake police are investigating the shooting because it occurred within the city, but near the border with Salt Lake City. Officers have not yet said whether they recovered a weapon at the scene.

"They're here to protect and serve. More like shoot and kill," said Jerrail Taylor, Dillon Taylor's older brother. "Anybody in this house or anybody on the streets, if we kill someone, we're doing 25 years to life in prison. I'd like this cop to lose his job and do the same amount of time like a regular human being."

Dillon Taylor, 20, who is from Salt Lake, was exiting 7-Eleven with his brother and cousin, Adam Thayne, around 7 p.m. on Monday, when Salt Lake City police arrived, responding to a report of a man waving a gun in the area.

The officers ordered the men to the ground. Two of them complied, but Dillon, who police say matched the suspect's description, did not go down.

"It came in as a 911 call that there was a man with a gun," said South Salt Lake Police Sgt. Darrin Sweeten. "He was verbally challenged and ultimately was shot."

Sweeten did not release further details on the shooting on Tuesday.

Dillon's brother and cousin claim they were on their way to visit his parents' graves and that Dillon was surprised by the police presence. He was not aggressive, they said.

"He had headphones in, and he couldn't hear [anything], and then they finally surrounded him," Jerrail said. "They're like, 'Get on the ground,' and [he] pulled up his pants and [they] shot him."

Thayne believes police might have thought his cousin was reaching for a gun when, in reality, he grabbed his cell phone.

"I was in shock, because he was wearing a white t-shirt and there was blood all over it," Thayne said. "They ran up and handcuffed him. He wasn't moving."

A witness's video shows police yelling for the two men to remain on the ground as Thayne repeatedly screams that they have shot his cousin.

The two men were taken to the police station, but released hours later without being charged or cited.

Family said Dillon had had struggles throughout his teenage and adult life, including a criminal past, after losing his parents at the age of 12.

They hope to remember him as a loyal friend and devoted father-to-be. His girlfriend is just a couple months pregnant, Jerrail said.

"He was the funniest kid ever," Jerrail said. "His own baby will never meet him."

The family has set up an account to help pay for funeral expenses. Wells Fargo Bank is accepting donations to the "Justice for Dillon" account #6386866385.

Family and friends are planing a vigil at 7 p.m. at the 7-Eleven where he died.

you say you will wait for grand jury evidence, but that does not stop you from believing all the other stuff said on national news? curious for sure. Selective a bit.

It appears to me that the confrontation between Brown and the police was not innocent; he had just gotten done a robbery and a strong arming if a shopkeeper.
We can agree that he was wrestling a uniformed police officer in a squad car.
I suspect that the policeman will not be charged. And I have no problem with that.
Compare that to the child Trayvon Martin who was on the phone with a girl just having ourchased some snack.
George Zimmerman in the safety of his car with a a loaded weapon, calls 911 to complain that Trayvon is in the neighborhood probably up to no good, (just by the looks of him) and then approaches the child with the weapon. The child tells his caller that a man is following him and the end result is that Trayvon is dead shot by Zimmerman. No Trayvon DNA on the gun, They drug test the murdered child and not the man they told to leave the child alone.
Brown 's shooting may have been justified.
Trayvon's was not. It was murder.
A white man shot at an killed a black teenager for loud music.
The Staten Island shooting was murder.
The Brown shooting was a poor or not an example of police brutality.
Black people have PTSD even with a flawed case.

So you use a biased source to call out a biased source?

You can't make it up
