Hi and greetings all;
Painting has just been completed, a "whole interior" re-do.
All of the living room, dining room, game room and the bunk-bed room's plank board cypress walls have been cleaned, sanded and varnished...they look magnificent!
New furniture and accessories have come in and a whole lot of re-locations have happened.
More energy efficient lighting has been installed.
The air conditioners have been serviced and are operating like new...don't need them yet, but maybe soon.
The cistern water particle filtration and carbon treatment canisters are new and refreshed...great water.
Coming soon; new cabinet doors for the granite and stainless steel kitchen...but that should not stop anybody from moving in!
Ready for a new tenant who can appreciates the ocean views and great sunsets, the forest tranquility, the peace and the security of this large "open design" house.

Thanks for all the PM's about the stimulus package that was posted in April...!
In addition to that 50% savings for the 2nd month's rent stimulus package, we are offering a spring special to get a new tenant into the house on or about the 1st of June.
We are cutting the normal discounted rental rate from the previously posted $2000/month to a new forum listed rate of $1800/month + utilities for a long term leased.
We will still include the DSL internet and extended chanel cable television services.

While sitting around waiting for the those who made appointments to view the property I deceided that it was time to do a little additionaly work in the kitchen area.
The old worn out cabinets have been stripped, doors removed and fully refurbished with new wood doors and solid stainless stell Euro styly handles.
Doesn't sound like much of a change but there are 36 doors and drawers in the kitchen!!
This extra large kitchen is now nicely modernized, fully up-to-date and has that custome two tones European look; polished "Baltic Brown" granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gourmet gas range with infared broiler, side by side refrige with ultra efficient compressor and extra fast ice maker!
Filtered water and ice through the door...and a king capacity W/D package with gas heated dryer.
Can only take so much from WAPA...gas is cheaper and more efficient!
The ontime rent is now $1800/month if you have been following the blog, including DSL internet and extended channel cable TV.
Utilities are not included.
We will still entice a new tenant with the 50% discount of the second months lease rate for a signed lease!
