All St. Croix pharmacies are unable to accept Medicare

When I was at the pharmacy yesterday there was a note posted stating that there is NO pharmacy on island that can accept Medicare at this time.

Anyone know why?

The Kmart (West) pharmacy accepts Medicare. (340)692-2622.
