Responsible professional seeks house-sitting/ caretaker opportunity

I'm a 41 year old female professional resident of St. Croix with a background in property management. I'm seeking a house sitting opportunity to live and care-take for the summer and possibly beyond. The flexibility in my schedule puts me in a unique position to properly tend to pets, grounds, cleaning, upkeep and small repairs. I'm also able to move in and out as needed for short term rental opportunities or owner visits.
