Good morning;
When is the best time to spend a WEEK in St. Thomas and enjoy the 2009 Carnival
which I think it is in April??????
Anyone know the schedule or where can I go to get the information, please?

The last week is when the parades, food fair and so forth take place, so that is THE week if you want to catch the big events.
Carnival is in April, the parades this year are in May though (May 1st and 2nd).
Full schedule wasn't yet available as of earlier this week; did get some of the events for the last week like jouvert, food fair, parades... You can find them on the VI Now Events Calendar (change the month to April, and May).
