Hi all,
I was wondering if there are any morning yoga classes available on STX? I work at night so mrning is my only chance. I heard something about the community center at canegetta ball park having yoga classes. Does anyone know anything about this or any other classes?

Emmy does a great class on Tuesday/Thursday mornings on the beach at Hibiscus Beach Resort - I believe it's at 9am (I'll email her and post with details).

I'll be teaching one at Beeston Hill starting this Saturday morning, the 18th, at 7:30. Just send me a message if you have any questions.

Hi,
There is a yoga class at 8:00 am on Mon, Wed, & Fri. at the Canegata Fitness Center. It costs $75 per year to join the fitness center, and that covers all of the classes offered.
The teacher, Tanja, is excellent and has no trouble accommodating students of all levels.

Kim - where do I sign up and find out the class schedule? Just show up at the center?
