Arts Alive will host featured performers Miss Melita Etienne, Mezzo-Soprano, Dr. Lawrence Benjamin, Baritone, Professor Austin A. Venzen of UVI on Flute and Dr. Adele D. Allen on piano at 8 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Prior-Jollek Hall on the Antilles School campus. This concert will be supported by several guest artists including Lorraine Baa, Alana Davis and Janice Ballard.
Tickets are $50 each and all proceeds will benefit the newly established Youth Scholarship Fund. This fund will provide partial support to St. Thomas high school students who have been accepted to summer programs for the arts starting in the summer of 2013. Examples would be the UVI Summer Music Camp, Interlochen, and the Mark O’Connor and Marian Anderson String Quartet camps.
