Beach Fyah 7, a cultural event, will be held Sunday, April 4th at Island Beachcomber on STT - 2pm to 11pm.
Beach Fyah highlights local artists in all mediums. Come hear some great music and find some of our best local artists. It is a peace full, wonderous event. Some of the musical artists will be Ganji, Fyah King, Cherise King, Junior P, JahDesta, Mada Nile, Iyah Lyon Band, XKALIBA, Hugo Ranking, Blackstar Band, Harry Mo and more!!! There is NO CHARGE for this awesome event!!!
Friday night a special appearance by Ganji will be held at Jumbies in Crown Bay. 10-MN and then 1-2.
Come out and support a local organization promoting our local artists!!!

Yes. Actually, Beach Fyah is generally held on St. Croix, but as the organizing group promotes arts and artists throughout the entire VI they are holding the event on STT and will hold one soon on STJ as their schedule/funds allow.
It is an awesome event and I am sorry I had to miss this one, but I keep close contact with the organizers.

This forum is where I began my research prior to my move to the islands back in 2005. I spent 6 months on the board before I came to STX for a month - that turned into much longer as I didn't use my return ticket.

next beach fyah is scheduled for third weekend in june @ canebay!!! will post more details as I know them.
