Is there anywhere to take dance classes on St. Thomas or St. John?

You might want to inquire at the St. John School of the Arts. I don't have their number handy, but you could probably get it through directory assistance.

Yes there is (ballet, tap, modern...)
On St. Thomas:

On St. John:
St. John School of Arts

If you mean dance classes like Salsa, Swing, Ballroom ect. I don't know of any.
