Hello Everyone,

I am a certified personal fitness trainer. I am certified with Johnny G Spin Master, American Sports & Fitness Association and The Cooper Fitness Institute.

In conjunction with the YWCA of the Virgin Islands, I am offering classes beginning March 12th.

The main concentration:

strength training(weights)
cardio training
core training (abs/back)
flexibility
coordination & balance
breathing

Time: Tues & Thurs 6:00pm-7:00pm
Fridays 12:30-1:30

Location: St Andrew's Church Parish Hall - 1st floor

Cost: $10 per class per person or
$40 a month

There will be offered a senior fitness class. The time will most likely be on Friday @ 12:30pm.
More senior classes wil be added as the need arises.

Come one, come all and be all that you can be.

A friend and I took Debra's class last night. She is good and her class was fun. I recommend it to everyone!!

I'm not sure about how much good it did for us, because we went home and ate cake batter.

Oh and Debra,

Mandie and I apologize for all of the laughter. Next time, we promise to be more serious.
