He is badly injured and lost. Please circulate to everyone you know,
as I truly believe someone is missing him. Looks about 5 years old,
male neutered found in frenchmans bay area. We named him Flanders! I
will be accepting donations to get him fixed up as the folks that
found him may want him IF he can be saved.
