Good Afternoon, Chamber Members:
In celebration of National Tourism Week, the USVI Department of Tourism will be offering FREE customer service workhops on St. Croix on Friday, May 15, 2009 featuring professional service trainer and Virgin Islander Bryan Williams. A "Coaching for Exceptional Service" workshop for managers and supervisors will be offered from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., followed by "Delivering World-Class Service" workshops for guest contact employees from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. All workshops will be held at the Bennie and Martha Foundation Conference Center at the VI Cardiac Care Center. ALL ARE INVITED. Please see the attached flyer or contact 773-0495 for registeration information.
