The Friends of St. Thomas Public Libraries (FOSTPL) will meet on Monday, November 17, 2008 at 5:45pm in the Enid M. Baa Public Library Adult Room. On the agenda: proposed board members, the annual meeting (set for Saturday, January 24, 2009), and committee progress reports. The general public is welcome to attend; membership applications will be available.
