Full Moon Yoga Class, Monday 7pm at Emerald Beach just past the Island Beachcomber Hotel. $15
The day of the full moon is considered very auspicious, with the luminous fullness of the moon representing plentitude, abundance, and generous blessings. Practicing yoga during the Full Moon is considered to be the perfect opportunity to align the body to the lunar cycles and commence the journey towards inner peace and well-being.
