I'm currently in the interview process for a job on STX. I would like to relocate my truck there if I'm hired, as it's brand new and special ordered from the factory. Granted, it's not super tricked out and all, but it has everything I want on it and nothing that I don't want. Okay, it has this box tie down thing that I have but can't use because of the ramps, but that's the only thing it has that I "didn't want".
I've looked everywhere I can think of and found nothing on STX, or even in USVI anywhere (I'll use a ferry if I need to). What I'm hoping is that someone here can point me in the direction of a place on STX where I can get my vehicle serviced when necessary. I'll don't do a ton of driving (unfortunately), but I do want to keep up on service for my truck. When looking for such a place, all I found was in Miami; I'd prefer not to have my truck shipped to and from Miami for a tune up.
Another question I have, which is partially related, but how well is the paint job on the truck going to hold up again the salt water air?

They hold up well if waxed. I had good luck with Collinite 845. Easy to apply and lasts

We have a Ford dealership here - Metro Motors. If you are a good sleuth, you might even get the correct phone number to get in touch with them. 🙂 Like many businesses here that should, they don't have a web site.
