Looking for part-time babysitter/nanny (STX near hospital)

(STX Good Evening All,

I am a newly single mom with a 3 year old son who is on the Autism Spectrum. I am looking for someone to pick him up from school when school starts back up (he goes to a small private school near our house and must be picked up by 4 PM) and bring him to our home and watch him for a couple hours five days a week. I would get home around 5:30 most days and am thinking that the hours could be from 3:30 to 6:00. I am thinking that someone who is actively retired or a college student with morning classes would be the best fit. He is speech delayed, but does speak and is pretty social and is very active- loves to jump, run, play, etc. We live east near sunny isle and the hospital. Someone who has experience with special needs children is a plus, but not required.
