N.O.R.M.L. in the VI

I'm down with it, Marty. This is long overdue .Sign me up. My particular interest is safe access to medical cannabis and decriminalizing possession of small quantities by responsible adults.

Hey I read that Barney Frank - the Congressman from Mass. has a bill in Congress to drop federal penalties for marijuana possession . We waste a lot of money chasing & locking up non-violent drug users. Now if they would just tax it - maybe the economy wouldn't be quite so bad. And doesn't the VI get to vote in congress now?

In order for us to register our Chapter here in the VI, we need to have 5 "National" NORML members...we currently have four. Anyone out there already a member?
