Also might add............responding to the above email & group is a personal & confidential choice.
It by no means you are breaking the law by joining this group, it is 100% legal! Plus it's a nationally recognized non-profit organization.
Even if you do not agree with the facts/myths on MJ, but feel the laws are plain wrong, this is a chance to help change them.
Those who believe the laws are good the way they are, well the law is on your side & keep talking to your senators.

Yeah, I think personal rights are being lost left and right thanks to good ole Nancy Reagan. In the states recently, I had a preexisting condition at my job, (carpal tunnel) and went to my own doctor to schedule surgery. Asked employer for time off knowing damn well it was not going to be covered by workman's comp since I had had it for 20yrs, Employer used this as a opportunity to fulfill random testing requirements, then they filed workman's on their own on me, sent me to the lab for a ptest. oh, on my own time too, lost 3hrs of work, Did they pay claim? What do you think, they told me it was preexisting since I had a history of treatment but would pay if I could show it was aggravated by my job, which it actually was, than turned around and denied the claim. This is the type of crap that NORMAL should be fighting as well. All I wanted was an unpaid week off to have it fixed at my cost! I ask, what the heck does preexisting carpal tunnel have to do with me having the remote possibility of having drugs in my system? Why is why a poor bus boy stateside has to pee in a cup to clear your dirty dishes off the table? oh well beats having to pay for your own pre-employment p- test to boot as I just did here on STX. I would be interested to know from NORMAL, if an employer wants you to take a pre-employment test, is there any legislation that they have to pay for it?

Interesting............any pre-employment drug screening (state side) I've ever had to do was PAID by the company. Plus I was on company time, or it was done in the interviewing process (salivia swab)..............STX is a complete different animal!!!
I also think the establishment you wish to work for as a server/food service should pay for the stool testing too!
