Hello...I'm wondering if anyone knows of an affordable pilates and/or yoga studio on St. Thomas. I prefer pilates over yoga, but I enjoy either. Thanks!

I teach Pilates matwork at Rapid Fitness (Nisky Center) in STT. Hoping to soon give private sessions on the Reformer/trap table combo...until then, I conduct private sessions with a ball/mat/bands. Currently, the class is at 7:30 a.m. on Tues/Thurs. The fee is $5 for gym members and $10 for non-members. I have owned my own Pilates and massage therapy stateside since 2002; just moved to STT this past June.
I know they also teach Pilates matwork and have Pilates apparatus sessions at the Jackson Wellness Complex located at Antilles Schoo. You may want to look up their schedule and pricing online.
