Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let people know that I am offering a Pilates class at the UVI Rec Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays...7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. The fee is $5 and free for UVI students. The Rec Center is by the tennis courts, at the "back" of the golf course. Gotta keep teaching even though Nisky gym is closed and need to appease my Nisky/Water Island/Downtown folks by not going over the the East End (nothing wrong with East End, mind you, just doesn't serve my existing clients very well!!).
