Pistarckle Theater will hold auditions for The Fantasticks by Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt on Sunday, November 18 an Monday, November 19 at 6pm at the theater in Tillet Gardens. This delightful musical fable is the longest running Musical of all time and tells the story of two young lovers as they face the magic and pitfalls of romance.
The cast consists of the two young lovers Matt (tenor), Luisa (mezo-soprano); El Gallo the Narrator (baritone); the fathers: Hucklebee (baritone), Bellomy (Baritone); The Old Actor (speaking only); Mortimer (speaking only) and the Mute (pantomime only).
An accompanist will be provided. Actors should have a prepared song and be ready to read from the script. Call Pistarckle Theater at 340.775.7877 with questions.
