I have recently started teaching a Vinyasa Flow yoga class on Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:45 at the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is located in the Courtyard behind Small Wonder children's store on Company Street. All levels are welcome and it is $10 per class. Come out and join us to work out your body and mind!

I live out west, take my 6 yr old to tae kwon do @ 12:30pm... ANything around that time? would work great for me
