Wasn't someone missing a big rottie with a tail that got loose at the beach? I couldn't find the thread but just saw one at Melvin Evans and Emancipation Dr.like 10:15. I thought that I remembered that the dog was adopted and very skiddish. I didn't see a collar. Hopefully this helps someone. Poor thing.
