America's Paradise Gym downtown location (used to be Gold's but was bought out 3 days ago) is looking for people interested in Spinning classes. I am highly interested and want to know of others and I will tell management. It would have to be an evening class. For those that don't know, spinning is intense cycling on stationary bikes. If you have ever wanted to try it out, it's a ton of fun and a great workout!
