Good Afternoon!

We are looking for fulltime childcare help from approximately 9:30am -5:30 pm Monday through Friday for our 23 month old toddler. We live on the East End of St Thomas, which is an easy commute for anyone living in Red Hook or the surrounding area.

Individuals with childcare and/or an education background are preferred, including local teachers with summers off. We like to keep our son's days as active, educational and as engaging as possible, so we'd like someone in good health, with a lot of energy and the patience to spend his/her days guiding our active toddler. All of his prior caregivers speak very highly of his advanced development and loving and easy going disposition, and we’ve only parted ways with them due to relocations and family emergency matters.

Our initial needs are for the following weeks:
June 26- June 29
June 29 – July 3
July 6- July 10

In addition to the weeks above, we are looking for full time M-F help (~35-40 hrs a week, possibly earlier on Friday), starting approximately July 27 throughout August. Our actual travel/on island schedule for late summer is still TBD but should be finalized within the coming weeks and will be communicated in advance to our future nanny.

If you are interested, please PM with questions or send me any relevant information about yourself and your experience. A resume or a summary of your qualifications or experience via email/PM is preferred. Please also submit a list of dates you may not be available during the summer. Salary will be commensurate with experience and weekly schedule/hours.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you'd like more information or have any questions.
