I lived in PR for 6 yrs and have a friend there who offered yoga on the beach at sunset a few days a week. She charged $10 per class. It's turned out to be a sensation! Is something like this offered here in StX? I know about Kalima center and all the other yoga/ pilots center on island but non of those options offer the peace and calmeness of the beach. And it's a fantastic little challenge for balance! I'd love to maybe see if there is a yoga instructor who would like to make some extra cash for classes, I can help recruit students...!

Too bad some of these threads don't move. Are you talking about the classes at Parque del Indio in Condado? I went once and it was awesome. Staring at the ocean as you are in warrior one or two. Just awesome.

Hi. I'm starting a small yoga ayurvedic herb farm and am hoping to bring in clients and tourists. I currently teach the Storytime Yoga for kids, and am starting an adult class on Tuesday's at good hope school at 4 pm. I love doing yoga on the beach and if anybody wants to join me in a class feel free to contact me. I emphasize wellness and healing with yoga and nature! Namaste! I have a 1 br, 1ba available on the yoga farm if anybody interested. Contact me or see the listing in classifieds.

I'm a 200+ RYT specializing in Viniyoga, Yin Yoga, and restorative yoga, as well as some Kundalini. I particularly enjoy working with people that are new to yoga, or that prefer a more gentle style. Not teaching right now, but I might start teaching again if anyone needs a teacher. 🙂 Feel free to PM me.

I am in STX. I've trained in many styles but mostly Anusara emphasizing wellness. And of course my Storytime Yoga is for kids my own method.

there is a vinyasa class at Eat @CaneBay Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8am with Jess Ewer. $10 each or 6/$50 or 12/$100. Great class and wonderful to focus on palms and waves. 🙂

Jess is great. Never did yoga with her though. I don't think my car will regularly make it to North Shore or I would. lol

Thanks though
