Elise, my mom is coming from Seattle next week for an 8-month stay (free babycare). She would LOVE To take this class! What kind of yoga do you practice? Feel free to send me a message with further details or post here. THANKS!

I practice hatha and I include a lot of breathing and guided meditation. It is the perfect environment to relax and reconnect with your spirit and the earth. You should come too Onika.

Do you know Sue with the La Leche League (Breast feeding classes for new mothers and babies) Her and her kids took my class
her # is 777-1431.

Meg I look forward to helping you destress

Peace and Namaste

Elise

I met Sue at one of my newborn classes (given by Linda Crieger), but the baby is not born yet, so I haven't started attending La Leche meetings yet. I will definitely hold on to your info and pass it on to my mom. Yoga at this time in my pregnancy is not such a good idea...but maybe after she is born.
