Looking for at least 2Br and preferably 1.5-2 bath rental in STT this summer. Please PM me if you have any info. Family of 4. No pets. Would like a condo community if possible.

Thanks

Thanks - I looking at 3 months as I was told less than that has some extra hotel tax. However, I am having trouble on Craigslist. Many non responses and two obviously fake ads.

Your best bet might be to look on a vacation rental website.
They have to pay the VI Room Tax so there's not much chance of getting out of it. It used to be 10% but think the VI Government increased it as of January 1.
Unless someone specifies short term and their ad is for a year's lease, they very well may not respond.

www.vrbo.com, www.flipkey.com and lots of others have vacation rentals listed.
Summer is slow so you may be able to find a 3 month rental for your family of 4.

Have you contacted any local realtors?

Hotel tax is now 12.5% and applies for rentals less than 90 days.

OT, what's the new name of the old Sea Horse Cottages complex right above Secret Harbor? They rent short term. They're not right on the beach but a short walk to it.

Yes I have contacted several different property managers and they don't have anything at this time.

The Paradise cove Website is not working. However, lots of 3rd party rental sites still list them. Does anyone know if the name changed so I can look for the contact info?

Thanks!
